El Cisne is a first line sea view apartment block directly opposite Javea

bay. In the summer months you will find some of the famous "chiringuitos"

(beach bars) which are ideal for relaxing with a drink or two! El Cisne is

also only a 4/5 minute walk from the sandy Arenal beach in Javea with its

famous promenade containing a fabulous variety of restaurants, bars and

shops suitable for all family generations. The apartment has its own

parking space within the block (accessible with electronic key) but there

is also free public parking across the road along the sea front.

 

 

The apartment is on the first floor and measures approx. 84 m2 floor area

including a spacious terrace with a fantastic view of the sea across the

road. It is recommended for 2-6 persons. There is a bright and spacious

living room combined with a dining area with direct access to the large

private terrace, a kitchen and separate utility area, a separate shower

room and separate WC. There are 3 bedrooms: two of these with twin beds and

one of these has a 2 persons bunk bed.

 

 

The apartment was purchased by the current owners in December 2017 and has

been recently refurbished and completely reqired. Internet is included in

the price and the apartment has 2 brand new L&G dual Air Conditioning &

Heating units as well as ceiling / standing fans in other rooms. It is

therefore suitable for year round rental if so required.

 

 

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,

microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and crockery and

cutlery. There is a washing machine in a separate utility area off the

kitchen which also has space to hang up laundry, towels and swimming

costumes if necessary.

 

 

The living room is furnished with a seating area and a small dining room

and chairs. It has a TV with IPTV that has a variety of English and Russian

channels as well as many others.

 

 

The terrace is accessed directly from the living room and has a direct sea

view which is only across the road so literally about 20 metres walk away!

We provide a table and chairs on the balcony as well as a sun lounger and

brand new awnings have been fitted which will provide ample shade and

privacy if required.

 

Linen and separate towels for both the apartment and beach are provided.
