When I was for the first time in Javea end of 2020, I enjoyed it so much that I decided to look for an apart-ment. Friends of mine advised me to inform by Niko Jutzi, and until this moment it was the best decision I could have make. He found a very nice
apartment for me at a good location between the old town and the port.
After 2 years I wanted to look for another apartment with terrace and swimmingpool. My trust in Niko was big enough to make the decision at the moment I was in Holland. Niko found the perfect apartment for me, and now in a few weeks it will be finished.
On every moment of questions or what else, I always could ask Niko for advise. And what is more, almost always I got a very quick answer. He also helped me to find someone that wants to buy my old apartment in a special rent to buy construction. Niko
